He is survived by: his siblings, James Welch (late Glendora) of Buffalo, NY, Marilyn Bradley (Gary) of Troy, NY and Vernita McCormick of Beverly, NJ; his aunt Janelle Edwards (late Alfonso); and his friends, Ernest Ivey, Aubrey Harris and Calvin Watson.
