He is survived by: his mother Edith Torres Torres (Jose Del Carmen); his children, Juan Alexis, Jr., Alex and Alexia Alvarado; and his siblings, Anthony Alvarado and Marie Cruz. He is also survived by the mothers of his children, nephews and many friends.
