He is survived by: his close friend Diane Bradosky; his children, Joel David Mack (Paulina), Jessica Lee Mack (Jeremy Ratajczyk), Melissa Ann Mack, Veronica Ruth (Leon Goodremote) and Timothy-Jay Morton; his grandchildren, Sofie, Lily Mack, Nora Stronka, Adeline Ratajczyk, Leon II and William Goodremote; his sibling Michele McCullough (Milton); and his siblings-in-law, Deena Mack and Geoff Dutton.
