Joan M. Dunbar Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph E. Dunbar; and her siblings, Mary Dunbar, Rosemary Giampa, Rita Lollier, Thomas Finucane, Patrick Finucane, Jeanette Terriere, Josephine and Theresa Finucane.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Dunbar (Kim), William Dunbar (Anne), Madonna Dunbar (late Tenzin) and Jennifer Crandall (Robert); her grandchildren, Jesse, Anne Mills, Molly and Justin Crandall; her great grandchild Nora; her siblings, Margaret Scanlan, Louise McHenry (late Howard), Jacqueline Larkin and Joseph Finucane (Debbie); and her extended family Ward.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the O'Connell - Murphy Funeral Home (1075 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY 14218). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Basilica (767 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY 14218). An entombment will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (2900 South Park Ave, Lackawanna, NY 14218).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorials in Mrs. Dunbar's name to The SPCA Serving Erie County.
