She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Maciag and Josephine Maciag (Ryszka); and her siblings, Walter Maciag (Carol) and Bernice Lukasiewicz. She is survived by: her sisters, Adele Pyszczek (late Mike), Frances Zandi and Josephine Zubek (David). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (115 O'Connell St, Buffalo, NY 14204).
