He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Michalak; and his parents, Edward Michalak and Mary Michalak. He is survived by: his children, Edward Michalak (Joyce), Mark Michalak (Jennifer), Joanne Biniaszewski (late Robert) and Melissa Tworkowski (Larry Walker). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters and 1 brother; also survived by nieces and nephews.
