He is survived by : his partner Alexis Nyhuis; his daughter Hannah; his parents, David and Julie; his brother David; and his nieces and nephews, Mariah, Piper, D. J. and Gus.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newman Center (495 Skinnersville Rd, Buffalo, NY 14228). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
