He was predeceased by: his sister Theresa Barrows (late Bob). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, Annmarie Coughlin, Jim Coughlin, Jr. (Lisa), Ellen Zimmerman (Ron), Molly Coughlin and John Coughlin (Keri); and his grandchildren, Shauna, Brendan, Kate, Matthew, Riley, Griffin and Colin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.

Prayers will begin at 8:45 AM on Friday at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Charity Parish "Holy Family Worship Site".
