He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Brigid Doherty (René Jones) and Leah Roberts (Matthew); his grandchildren, Haley, Sophia Jones, Anna and Harrison Roberts; his brother Jerry; his spouse Marleah Doherty; and his siblings, Jeremiah Doherty (Margot) and Dr. Sharon Griffin. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (1029 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14209).
