He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Mae Burno and James Eliza Burno, Sr.; and his siblings, Barber J. Porter (Johnny), Savannah L. Burno, Pauthina Gilliam, Nita Wood (Ernest), John Wiggins (Mary), Willie Wiggins (Jennie) and Mark Burno.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Phillips-Burno; his children, Kelvin Fuller (Tiffany), Surina Johnson, Shenita Brown (DaJuan), Ronald, Laquita, Sade, Cheryl, Carlton and Joseph; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Jalina, James, Devin, Fabian, Jameer, Lamar and Faith. He is also survived by siblings; and a host of neices, nephew, and friends.
