She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Alessi; her parents, Louis Taglialegami and Martha Taglialegami; and her sister LuAnn Moliterno (Kenneth). She is survived by: her daughter Alexandra Alessi; and her nephew Matthew Moliterno.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. (911 Englewood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
