He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clinger and Elizabeth McCall Clinger; his great grandchild Lainey Mae Whitney; and his sister Shirley Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Carol Yocum Clinger; his children, Steven Clinger (Debra) of Rochester, NY and Stacy Rauh (James) of Lakewood; his grandchildren, James Rauh (Jillian Shults), Jenna Whitney (Ben), Sara Jacobson (Kris) and Anna Rauh; his great grandchildren, Hartley, Hayden Rauh and Owen Whitney; his sister Mary Northrop (Robert) of Busti; his stepbrother Brian Clinger (Michelle) of Randolph; and his half-brother Thomas Clinger.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
