He is survived by: his wife Patricia Whitehead; his children, Kim Kubik (Gregory) and Jeremy Whitehead (Lynn); his grandchildren, Jordan Kubik, Ryan Kubik, Alexis Whitehead and Jayden Hughes; his sister Sandra Meno (David); and his aunt Susan McKluski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and friends.
