She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore J. Carafice; her daughter Barbara Vaccaro; her parents, Nicholas Custodi and Mildred Custodi; and her siblings, Donald Custodi and Patrica Custodi.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah A. Mordino, Karen A. Halagian and MaryJo Bedford; her grandchildren, Danielle Schmidt (Nick), Christopher Mordino (Jessica), Elizabeth Mordino, Anthony Halagian, Daniel Halagian, Amanda Pierce (Ben) and Jaclyn Vaccaro (Matt); and her brother Nicholas Custodi (Barbara). She is also survived by nine great- grandchildren.
