As we bid Florence farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Florence is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph P. Grandits; and her son Joseph P.. She is survived by: her children, Marie Bove (late Edward), Donna Kavany, Richard (Kathleen Gullo), Victor (Colleen Enright) and Elaine Horan (Thomas). She is also survived by 11 siblings; also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sieck, Mast & Leslie Funeral Home (250 Orchard Park Rd, Buffalo, NY 14224). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
