He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin J. Mosher and L. Lorraine Mosher; his sister Debra J.; and his brother-in-law L. Scott Ralston. He is survived by: his children, Crystal L. Walters (Brett) of Eagle Bridge, Jessica L. Jones (Darelle) of Camp Lejeune and Joshua J. Mosher of Olean; his grandchildren, Ashton, Kerrigan, Trinity, Matthew and Zara; and his brothers, Keith R. Mosher (Diane) of Olean and Kevin R. Mosher (Becky) of Little Valley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
