He is survived by: his siblings, Dave Coffelt (Marcia), Denise Workley (Chris), Darryl Coffelt, Diane Murray (Gary) and Dana Coffelt (Ann); and his children, Douglas R. Coffelt (Michelle), Mark Coffelt (Alexia) and Kim Katalinich (Bill).
