It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Villagomez of Buffalo, New York, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Dennis leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Dennis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Valerio Villagomez and Blanche Villagomez; and his siblings, Ronald (late Marilyn), Dianne (late Al), Joseph Villagomez (Lauren) and Valerio Jr. Villagomez (Doreen).
He is survived by: his close friend Guadalupe Hernandez; his grandson Robert Bishop; and his sisters, Velma York (late Henry), Margo Villagomez, Marsha Zornick (late Henry) and Gloria Lukonaitis (late Richard). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM.
