She was predeceased by: her parents, William Macey and Janet Macey; and her brothers, Robert Gifford and William Macey. She is survived by: her husband Kevin O'Connor; her children, Bill (Jennifer) and Kelly Macey; her stepchildren, Jennifer Kaeselau (Scott) and Joseph O'Connor (Rachel); her grandchildren, Alexis, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Allyson, Joseph, Nora, Kayla, Cameron, Kevin and William; and her sister Marlene Bracco.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Debra's name may be made to Mercy Hospital Foundation.
