He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Witmer and Eugenia Witmer. He is survived by: his wife Gina Ceglia; his children, Michael (Caitlin Powers), Shayne (Ashley) and Taylor Peek (Ben); his grandchildren, Dave of Gavin, Hunter, Trevan, McKenna, Emilia, Aurora, Ellis and Avery; his sister Lisa Brown (Mark); his brother-in-law James Ceglia; his friend Bill Bence; and his child Ziggy. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave's name may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute or Hospice Buffalo.
