Hazlett (Hannah), Sierra Fennell (Joe), Savannah Fennell (Justin), Dakota Jarvie (Samantha) and Morgan Jarvie; his great grandchildren, Mason and Skylar; his brother Richard Kushkowski (Karen) of Cabot; and his pets, Max, Willie, Shayla and Gunner.
