She is survived by: her husband Edward Carey; her child Stacy Bates (Shane); her grandson Dominick; her mother Johanna Croft; and her sisters, Carol Pokrywa and Carrie Darling (Thomas). She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Daniel R. Smolarek Funeral Home - Buffalo (2047 Broadway, Buffalo, NY 14212). A prayer was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
