We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2024, at the age of 69, Charlene Lynn Bell of Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Wolfram (Alden) and Richard Wolfram; her husband Bernard Bell; her brother Carl Wolfram (Dawn); and her brother-in-law John Bell.

She is survived by: her sons, Stephen (Rachel) and Daniel Bell (Jamie); her grandchildren, Evan, Isabella, Nora and Elijah; her siblings, Debbie Tortorici (Michael), Max Wolfram (Milly), Donald Wolfram (Michelle) and Nancy Morgan; and her siblings-in-law, Connie Vari (Andres), Bonnie Pleuthner (Gordon), Robert Bell (Sandy) and Darlene James (late Forest). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Buffalo Hospice Foundation.
