We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2024, at the age of 88, Carolyn Louise Tobin of Buffalo, New York, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Louise Tobin to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Chaplin and Myrtle Chaplin (Koch); her daughter Cheryl Tobin; and her grandchildren, Randall J. Phillips and Lauren N. Tobin.

She is survived by : her sisters, Doris Heimbach (Ross), Joanne Vadelund (Eric) and Diane Maletsky (Micheal); her children, Rhonda Phillips (Brad Tyler), Patricia Kotz (David) and Kevin Tobin (Elly); and her grandchildren, Patrick Malarkey, James C. Phillips, Samantha Phillips, Eric Tobin, David Andrzejewski, Shawn Tobin, Dana Kotz and Ryan Kotz. She is also survived by many Great-grandchildren.
