She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Costanzo and Mary Costanzo. She is survived by: her children, Robert, Patricia Hewitt (Charles) and Edward "Tiger"; her grandsons, Joseph and Spencer; her great grandchild Isabella; and her siblings, Fred Costanzo (Andrea) and Mary Serniak (Mike). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
