She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony A. Serio; her son Louis; her parents, John Mazzone and Margaret Mazzone; and her siblings, Jack Mazzone, Anthony Mazzone (Rita), Joseph Mazzone (Mary), Amelia Frascella (Dan), Theresa Ognebene (Anthony), Bart Mazzone, John Mazzone (Frances), Sebastian Mazzone (Phyllis), Margaret Pilat (Frank), Gloria Valvo (Frank), Geraldine Loiacano (Sam) and Shirley Fortunato (Leonard).

She is survived by: her children, John (Vicki), Anthony (MaryEllen), Joseph (Maria), Roseann Burke (Tim), Margaret Bonito (Andy) and David Serio; and her sister Dorothy Polizzi (Anthony).
