He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Galante and Vincenzina Galante. He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny (late Kevin Bennett) and Melissa (Kyle Wagner); his grandchildren, Joseph Bennett, Jarek Howard, Tenley Howard and Melissa Wagner; and his siblings, Charles Galante (Gaetana), Gesua La Straza (Gerard, Jr) and Rosa Galante Henderson (Steve). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel) (885 Niagara Falls Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14226). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Church (160 Court St, Buffalo, NY 14202).
