She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine O'Bannon and Jack O'Bannon; her brother Brian O'Bannon; and her former husband Peter H. Hornbarger. She is survived by: her children, Keith, Craig (Erin), Andrew Hornbarger and Katharine Crane (Lansing); her sister Belinda O'Bannon; and her grandchildren, Douglas, Kevin, Kelly, Sarah and Jacob. She is also survived by five nieces and one nephew.
