He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Meister and Alexander Meister. He is survived by: his aunt Christine Dempsey-Ward (Austin); his cousins, Wayne Benton (Kathy), Dawne Thomas, Gary Dempsey (Melissa), Daniel Dempsey (Melissa) and Jeffery Dempsey (Heather); and his caregiver John Omalley.
