She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Howland and Elizabeth Gravell Howland; her daughters, Barbara Garr and Gilda Eaton; and her brothers, Richard, John and Robert Howland.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd N. Foley, Sr.; and her sons, Jack Foley of Hudson, NY. and Lloyd. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson and several nieces and nephews.
