He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Leonard Whitman and Effie Jardine Whitman of Brushton; and his stepson Bradley Schuyler. He is survived by: his children, Dale (Pat), Nancy Nuccitelli (Lawrence) and John Whitman (Rose); his grandchildren, Laurie Meurer (Mike), John Specksgoor, Dale Whitman (Gini), Sean Whitman (Cricket), Chad Whitman (Lauren), Trevor Whitman (Tarn) and Brandon Whitman; his great grandchildren, Ellie Sadie, Michael Meurer, Luke Lia, Ty Whitman, Boston, Dallas, Asher, Sydney Whitman, Lily, Theodore Whitman, Kartoon and Trevor Whitman Jr.; his wife Shirley Whitman; his children, Jeff Schuyler (Liese Cornwell) and Sherolyn Miles (David); and his grandchild Chelsea Cornwell. He is also survived by his children and their spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren he was a wonderful dad, an adored grandfather & great grandfather.
