He is survived by: his wife Alicia; his children, Terri Faes (Rick), Melanie Smith (Scott), Dexter and Willam Bell (Janet); his stepchildren, Donna Dorr (Bob), Debbie Chapman, Denise Barker, Teresa Dunn, Janice Alberry (Randy), James Lewis III and Christopher Lewis; and his sister Cheryl Collver (Danny).
