He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Roshia and Dortha Roshia (Monica); his daughter Annette West; and his sisters, Martha and Julia Roshia.
He is survived by: his daughter April; his wife Cynthia Hart; his children, Wayne Roshia Jr. (Belinda) of Massena, Jacqueline (Bruce Barlow) of Hyde Park and Michelle (Richard Tarbell) of Erie, Pennsylvania; his son-in-law Jeffrey West of Brownville; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Cooper of Lawton, OK and John Hart (Ann). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
