He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Allen; his grandson Jordan Michael Payne; and his parents, Ralph H. Allen and Marion Allen. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Brown (Janeen Medellin) and Ralph Allen Jr. (Trina); his siblings, Ernest Allen and Shirley Smith; and his grandchildren, Eric, Katelyn, Johnathan, Kaleigh, Chelsea, Holly, Chastity, Nicholas, Austin, Zachary, Jarred, Tyler, Emily and Allison. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
