She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Forsythe and Ada Hoy Forsythe; her husband Billy Thomas; her son Steven Thomas; and her brothers, Donald and Leonard Forsythe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy (Bernie Lawlee) and Tammy (Mark Scordo); her daughter-in-law Darcy Thomas of Watertown; her sisters, Maxine Stone of Messina and Susie (Bud Brouse); and her stepgranddaughter Tara Van Horn. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, one step-grandchild, numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County or St. Jude's Hospital.
