She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Kousch and Florence Kousch (Daniels); her daughter Heather; her great grandchild Jayden Kriigel; her son-in-law John McGraw; and her husband Ernest Macaulay.
She is survived by: her son Stephen; her daughter-in-law Lori Macaulay of Glen Park, NY; her daughters, Kay Macaulay Coccia (Stephen Coccia) and Donna McGraw of Pillar Point, NY.; her grandchildren, Shaun (Jan Macaulay), Alyssa (Ryan Amato), Chris (Courtney Coccia), Andrew Coccia, Angela (Eric Kriigel) and Danielle Burns (Ryan Gorskie); her great grandchildren, Kenna, Brynn, Brylee, Shayla, Jamison, Alayna, Alessandra, Luca, Lana and Grant; and her brothers, Kenneth and Weldon Kousch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
