He is survived by: his parent Jennie Valyer (Sharp); his spouse Lillian Desourdy; his grandchildren, Lisa Valyer, Lois Shoots (Mike), Lizbeth Benhart (Mike), Lorraine Burton (Bill) of Gansevoort, Laura Morse of Gansevoort, Lester Valyer, Jr. (Sue) and Linda Gifford of Gansevoort; and his nieces, Mike Dupris (JoAnne), Margie Fuller and Gordon Dupries. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; his siblings.
