It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon L. France Jr. of Brownville, New York, born in Fulton, New York, who passed away on September 4, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Brooke, Greyson and Isabella; his wife Toni France; his children, Rich White (Hannah Guyette) of Watertown, NY. and Nicole Hulbert of Dexter, NY.; and his siblings, Todd (Mindy France), Carl (Stacie France), Connie (Roy Walts) and Debbie Pulsifer of Hannibal, NY.

Donations in Leon's Memory may be made to the Thrive Wellness and Recovery Center.
