He was predeceased by: his grandson Joseph M. Viscotha. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Viscotha and Elizabeth Sconka Viscotha; his spouse Rosemary C. Landry; and his children, Frank J. (Sheila M.), Watertown, Danny S. and Linda A. Desrosier. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
