He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Edward, Sr. Chamberlain and Blanche Chamberlain (Keller); his wife Patricia J. Seyfried; his sister Joan Denton; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Denton and Tom Miller.

He is survived by: his children, Between, Chamberlain Rental, Paul E. (Cristina) of Watertown, NY, Thomas S. (Laurie), John M. (Carolyn) of Brownville, NY, Lee A. (Alexandra) of Templeton, CA, Lori A. Agoglia (John) of Alexandria, VA and Susan R. Kwak (Michael) of Lacona, NY; and his sisters, Mary Hill (Keith) of Lindale, TX, Ruth Honour (Richard) of Kenmore, WA and Linda Miller of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by one grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
