With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cythia K. DeVito of Brownville, New York, born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on October 28, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl E. Fowler and Catherine Fowler Sr. (Doroha); and her brother Carl E Fowler. She is survived by: her husband Chris S. Chapman; her children, Giovanni DeVito of Watertown, NY, Michael DeVito of Gouverneur, NY, Ashley Chapman (Shane Kessler) of Brewerton, NY and Kimberly; her son-in-law Brett Bartlett; and her siblings, Richard Fowler of Miami, FL and Ann Netto of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
