He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Meghan Couse and Christopher Crawford; his sisters, Evelyn Stoneburg, Velma DeBottis, Shirley Dastedo, Hazel Couse and Vivian Leaky; and his parents, Floyd Couse and Sarah Fosbrook Couse.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Joyce) of Minster, OH, Theresa Couse, Daniel (Colleen) of Apple Valley, CA, Kathleen Haupt (Steve) of Fairport, NY, Clifton Jr. "Kip" of Greenwich, NY, Thomas (Allison), John (Alisha) of Voorheesville, NY and Kevin (Jennifer) of Camillus, NY; his grandchildren, Sean, Jason Couse, Amanda Sayson, Brian, Daniel, Andrea Brodeur, Katie Elvert, Sarah Couse, Ryan Crawford, Alicia Williams, Keith Couse, Alyssa Kealy, Natalie Couse, Nathan, Aaden Couse and Hunter Waddington; his sister Virginia Egnoto; his sister-in-law Mary Beth Condon of Skaneateles, NY.; and his wife Anne T. Condon. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County, the American Diabetes Association or the Immaculate Conception Church, Brownville.
