She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lasher Jr. and Ruth E. Sullivan Lasher; her spouse Claude Phillips; and her brothers, Roy E Lasher and William Lasher.
She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Lasher (Clinton); her siblings, David Lasher and Anna Barnhart (Charlie); her granddaughters, Taylor and Miranda Habalou; and her close friend Frank Wells. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
