It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenn H. Whittaker of Brooktondale, New York, born in Ithaca, New York, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn E. Whittaker and Doris Whittaker (Keane); his brother Tracey R. Whittaker; and his brothers-in-law, David Parker and Frank Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Whittaker (Dean); his daughters, Ann Turcsik (Troy), Heather Whittaker (James) and Tracy Guggenheim (Bill); his adoptive son Shawn Barnes; his grandchildren, Austin Turcsik (Jasminne), Cayden Turcsik, Ashley Whitaker (Tony), Kalei Shaw (Tyler), Ryan Shaw, Alexis Whittaker (Tyler), Alyssa Leonard (Anthony), Anna Guggenheim and Riley Guggenheim; his great grandchildren, Odin Barber, Hunter, Aaron, Logan Whitaker and McKenzie Turcsik; his siblings, Bonnie Whittaker, Jack Whittaker (Sandy), Gail Martin (Tom), Mary Whittaker, Kathy Parker, Kelly Parker (Herbie) and Janet Nash (Gordie); his sister-in-law Connie Dean Parker; his nephews, James Dean (Becky) and Herbie Whittaker (Jenny); and his close friends, James Fowler (Ann), Donnie Mix, Brandon Wyllie (Hannah) and George Arsenault (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
