He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Vorhis II and Virginia W. Vorhis; and his brother Robert Dean. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Vorhis (McMillen); his children, Carrie Baylor (Shawn) and Andrew Vorhis (Allison); his grandchildren, Chelsea Kilmer (Kevin), Matt Grant (Krista), Brennan Baylor, Abigail and Montana Vorhis; his great grandchildren, Seth and Jace Grant; his siblings, Helen W. Vorhis, Carol Vorhis (David Wright), Sheila Robideau (Greg), Douglas Vorhis (Joanne) and Gregg Vorhis (Mary Alice); and his sister-in-law Judy Dean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
