She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Burlingame and Marjorie Burlingame. She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Oaks of Ithaca; her children, Michelle D. Drake of Freeville and William Woodard Jr. of Ithaca; her sisters, Helen Freelove, Mary O'Neil and Stephanie Burlingame; her daughters, Marjorie Demming of Newfield, Kimberly (Jon Decker), Ethel Woodard (Randy) of Brooktondale and Jacqueline (George Swansbrough); her siblings, Janet of Towanda, PA and Butch Burlingame of Dryden; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Amber, Tora, Jeremy, Kayle, Courtney, Sierra and Zackery. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
