He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lacey and Bessie Barnes Lacey; his wife Virginia Scalia Lacey; and his siblings, Clarence Lacey, June Conway, Wilbur Lacey, Gerald Lacey, Ann Barden, Norma Grimes and Dorla Zeh.
He is survived by: his son Ronald Lacey (Marie) of Ithaca; his granddaughter Heather Benedict of Trumansburg; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Jake and Ellie Benedict; and his brother Lawrence Lacey of Idaho.
