She was predeceased by: her father Austin Lathrop Rose; her granddaughter Marianne Pitcher (Eric); her great grandchild Savannah Rose; her husband Carlos L. "Carl" Bell; her son Carlos Bell Jr.; and her siblings, Iva Dupois, Bernard Rose, Mary Davis, Herbert Rose, Ralph Rose, Robert Rose, Esther Johnson, Alfred Rose and Betty Campbell.
She is survived by: her daughter JoAnn Bell Palmer of Martville, NY; her daughter-in-law Dorothy Bell of Mocksville, NC; her grandchildren, Cherith Alexander (David), Joel Palmer, Michael Bell (Lisa), Martin Bell (Shawn), Melanie Martin (Daniel) and Terah Frazer; her great grandchildren, Martin, Samuel, Micah, Nathan, Aaron, Alex and Kegan; and her great great grandchild Leonardo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
