She is survived by: her former spouse Cecil McClam; her husband Hilton Alexander; her children, Cheryl McClam and William Cecil McClam (Billy); her grandson Anthony Winbush; her sisters-in-law, Geraldine McClam and Joann McClam; and her close friend Brenda Thompson-Duchene. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She as a member and secretary of the Isabahlia Ladies of Elegance Foundation, a non-profit organization.
