He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio DeVito and Lucia DeVito (Sarni); and his wife Incoronata DeVito. He is survived by: his children, Anthony DeVito, Lucy Colasuonno (Dominick) and Maria Pascali; his grandchildren, Angela, Christina, Christopher and Daniel; and his siblings, Teresa Gallo and Angelo DeVito.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc. (3024 Quentin Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11234). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas R. C. Church (1550 Hendrickson St, Brooklyn, NY 11234). A burial will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Green-Wood Cemetery (500 25th St, Brooklyn, NY 11232).
